BOLTING

Traditional bolting methods fall short of delivering accurate preloads in order to achieve properly bolted joints. Bill Spitzer & Associates carries ASTM A193 4140 Grade B7 tension monitoring bolts and multi-jackbolt tensioning bolts and nuts to increase the ease of torquing with accuracy. Additionally, Nord-Lock washers can be added to prevent that bolted joint from ever loosening from vibration and our spherical washers allow 7° of misalignment to distribute the load uniformly. The Wilson Anchor Bolt Sleeve provides an in-place form for our tension monitoring bolts, jackbolt tensioning bolts, Nord-Lock washers, and spherical washers. All these solutions can be packaged together to meet the needs of the customer.
